It’s hot today, and hot in this office. Which means Rob is getting tired. Tonight Hydrate has $1 drinks all night. Should I go? Would Andy want to go? We currently have no DVDs from greencine.com, having watched “Soylent Green” last night. I dropped it in the mail this morning. I dunno what I want to do tonight.

On Thursday I’m seeing Jessi’s new play at Stage Left; I’m going with a new friend of mine, Michael. We met online on Saturday and then hung out yesterday a bit. We went over to Quimby’s to drop off my books. He moved here from Michigan about 2 weeks ago so he still doesn’t know the city well. We went out for Thai and he’d never eaten Thai before. He said it was delightful. Trader Joe’s, then he drove me home. We had some good conversation during the afternoon. He seems very open, easy to talk with. The whole time driving around, Radiohead’s “OK Computer” was playing on his stereo.

Gosh, I really think I’d enjoy a nap when I get home. Hopefully Andy had a productive day and won’t be so sullen. I feel like buying more CDs. Maybe a stop at Reckless later on …
