Voting

I left the house at 6.18 this morning, it was still dark and rainy, and there were streams of people on their way to vote. My polling place was at the Menlo Library on Belmont (30 Pct., 44 Ward). I got there around 6.30 (the polls opened at 6) and there was already a line. All in all took about half an hour. As I left, the line had about doubled in length. When I got to work I called Andy and told him to give himself at least an hour to vote. Sure is nice seeing lots of people out there and engaged. Thank God we will stop having to hear about Alan Keyes tomorrow!
