THE BUNUELONI

• 1.5 oz. dry gin (Don Luis liked Gordon’s)
• .25 oz. dry vermouth (Noily Prat is nice)
• .25 oz. sweet vermouth (Cinzano is ideal)

Combine ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Do not garnish.
