It’s already 74 degrees & before the day is out it’ll get up to 90. It’s the first day this year so far where wearing shorts is not an option, it’s a necessity. We’re already up and showering. (Andy’s showering. I’m typing.) Breakfast somewhere and then Old Navy in the Loop for some shopping. Me wants some coffee, some french toast, some bacon.

Last night on our way home from dessert at treats we ran into svenny and Ernie. Andy finally got to meet Ernie! They had just rented “The Lady Eve” and “Adam’s Rib.” That’s a killer double feature. WE got caught in the rain before we could get home. Then we watched an incredibly stupid 2-parter Wonder Woman about “Mind-Stealers From Outer Space.” God bless the child.
