Gee, my livejournal has been pretty inactive lately. Wish I could think of something cool to write, something brilliant, insightful, amusing, worthwhile. Okay. I’ll just write whatever comes into my head. Umm. Andy is in the other room, de-stressing from his day. He is doing this by watching Pogo for President. What an awesome lineup of voice talent: Marvin Kaplan, Vincent Price, Jonathan Winters, Stan Freberg. Can’t go wrong. I’m enjoying listening to it in the other room here more than actually watching it. Stan Freberg: I have a thing for him. I think, when he was in his 20’s and early 30’s, he was hot. And funny. Weird. I had an egg salad sandwich for dinner. Also weird. It was awesome, at this little deli off Michigan Avenue, Eppy’s. Then, upon arriving at home, I had a halfslice of Andy’s pizza. Home Run Inn pizza, sausage. I may yet have a cocktail. I may yet make Andy a cocktail. We’ve got L’Enfant on DVD from greencine and hopefully will watch it within the next few days. I think I’m going to vote early sometime next week; maybe Tuesday. Gee, I wish it were Friday night.
