Last night we watched the first two episodes of “Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman” on DVD … what a peculiar, delightful show.  I’ve read about it pretty extensively but had never seen it. Wow. It’s awkward in all the right ways: shot live on videotape with very homely, 70s-era actors. Louise Lasser is awesome. I’m really looking forward to watching more.
