While I was out of the office yesterday, the axe fell. 15% of my department is gone. I’m still standing. But my job position is changing. Not quite sure how yet. Whew. It’s been the most surreal 2 days in recent memory. Just last night I was hobnobbing with brilliant writers and celebrities, and now here I am back in the trenches.
