Sometimes literally: this morning I dreamed I was creating a cocktail, working out the proportions in preparation for mixing it up. Then I woke up. This was the recipe:

2 oz. Francis Coppola Sofia Rosé
1.5 oz. lime juice
.25 oz. honey mix
.25 oz. Bénédictine

It seems like this would be too tart and probably not sweet enough. If I were to actually make this, I’d cut the lime juice in half and play around with it from there. What do you think its name should be?
