This is an off-menu drink served at The Barrelhouse Flat in Chicago. It’s delicious, but slow down there cowboy. This is a serious mixture.
1.5 oz. Lemon Hart 151 rum
.25 oz. Cruzan Black Strap rum
.25 oz allspice dram
.25 oz demerrara syrup
Combine in a iced shaker and stir until chilled, then strain over a giant ice cube in an old fashioned tumbler. Squeeze an orange peel over the top and drop it into the tumbler.
