A new cocktail: No Pool Still Cool

Quite adaptable for pitcher or punchbowl!


2 oz. pisco
.5 oz. apricot liqueur
1.5 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
.75 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
.5 oz. simple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters

Fill a double old fashioned glass with crushed ice. Combine ingredients with cubed ice in a shaker, shake very well, and strain into the glass.
