–Friday night: Las Pinatas for dinner and “Syriana” at Piper’s Alley. Damn good movie. It would be even better after repeat viewings.

–Saturday night: Alec Baldwin on SNL. The last sketch, which appropriated Baldwin’s monologue from “Glengarry Glen Ross” for Santa’s workshop, was wickedly inspired.

–Yesterday: getting an awesome email from Kevin in Portland, baking chocolate chip cookies, seeing the TMLMTBGB Best of ’05 show at the Neo-Futurarium for free.

Plus, Andy ended the weekend in good spirits and that made me happy.
