SUN SONG

2 oz. silver tequila
1 oz. creme de banane

Add to empty pint glass and stir. Fill glass halfway with ice cubes, then top up with unsweetened pineapple juice, leaving 1 inch of space. Float 1 oz. Galliano and serve.
